Phase One: Needs Assessment

This is the portion of the process where we work out the details, and it’s designed in a way that allows you to sit back, relax, and wait for results.

Phase Two: Data Collection and Creative Writing

Once we’ve identified exactly what information you’d like to capture and how you’d like it displayed, we design electronic PURLs (personalized URLs) that your employees access to capture the required information.

iii.     Maintain campaign communication between customer and The Bio People

 

Phase Three: Initial Layout, Compliance Review, and Approval Process

During this phase, we confirm the details of the campaign and solicit approval before going forward.

Phase Four: Publish and Campaign Management

In the final phase of the process, we publish your bio data in the formats we’ve discussed in phase one. PDF’s, PURL’s, print collateral, JPEG’s—all these options are available during the publishing phase. This is also where we discuss the on-boarding of new employees and management of your campaign over the long term.
