About Us

We built the Bio Solution after spending over fifteen years working in the print and variable data document fields and noticing that there wasn’t an efficient process to manage employee bios. 1. How long does the implementation process take?
The typical turnaround time from the date of our initial meeting is 6 to 8 weeks. Of course, we can always strive for a faster timeline, but we’re subject to the realities of how quickly we can get the information from your organization.
2. Who designs the templates for the bios?
There are two ways we can approach this. First, you can supply The Bio People with the template you’d like to use and we will customize the information to fit. Second, we also offer design solutions and can work with you to develop a template that meets your organization’s needs.
3. How much does The Bio Solution cost?
As much as we would love to give you a hard and fast figure, there are far too many variables to do so. Each individual organization is different, and we have different pricing tiers based on the various services we provide. However, once we have the initial assessment meeting, a Bio People team member will present you with an estimate.
4. What are “positioning statements"?
Positioning statements are the standard statements offered for use by the employees in regards to describing their positions. Example 1: Utilizing an in-depth analysis of clients’ unique goals, time horizon, income needs, and tolerance for risk, Steve customizes easy-to-understand financial plans to help meet the needs of individuals and their families. Example 2: Stefanie projects a holistic approach to financial planning by assisting in the clarification of financial goals, the defining of core values, and the identification of individual investment preferences—and then developing a thorough plan with realistic recommendations.
5. Who writes the positioning statements?
There are two ways we can handle the writing of the position statements: by having your organization supply them; or by having our creative writers develop them for you.
